His name is Dimitri "Jimmy" Kaligos. He was the owner of the Hang It Up Frame Center in Yorktown. I think he is a great artist that will one dayl be well sought after. His art is somewhat hard to describe but has a little contemporary flavor mixed with some fantasy.
